Me and my mom were having a lunch at this place on the 9th of September. To say that the service is bad is to say nothing. Two girls “serving” guests, absolutely not interested in guests, waited for 30 minutes to have a simple drink, they didn’t even bother to prepare a table for us or to say “hello” or “thank you”. The face of the girl bringing us drinks was so annoyed, it was very unpleasant to be next to her. And then another hour of waiting to have one plate of soup. It’s a shame to be served by people who chose to work in tourist sector and who doesn’t even have strength to smile or put an a little bit of effort to welcome you. I’m always trying to be understanding because working as a waitress is challenging and energy consuming, because I worked as a waitress myself, but such an attitude...

Sconsiglio vivamente questo chiosco, a meno che non vogliate essere maltratti e derubati dal personale. Cibo scadente, abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti per un panino senza gusto, dopo varie richieste per le salse e le bibite ci siamo alzati noi e abbiamo aspettato ancora (il posto non era pieno).

Arrivati al conto ho pagato con una banconota da 50€ e mi è stato dato il resto sbagliato: 9€ (totale scontrino 12,00€). Può succedere, nessuno è perfetto. Abbiamo sbagliato entrambe, io a non accorgermene subito e lei non dandomi i soldi giusti.

Vado in bagno, torno apro il portafoglio per prendere una bottiglietta d’acqua e mi accorgo che manca il resto giusto. Faccio presente alla ragazza il disguido e lei risponde con toni aggressivi dandomi della ladra. Rispondo alla ragazza che sarei stata disposta ad aspettare la chiusura della cassa per verificare l’incasso. Inizia a dire prima si, poi no, gira intorno al discorso (la cassa non le sarebbe mai quadrata, in quanto non sempre fanno gli scontrini). Esce il ragazzo da dietro e molto educatamente mi da il resto giusto, evitando altre sceneggiate per pochi spiccioli. Continuano a volare brutte parole e insulti dalla ragazza alla casa.

Consiglio mio personale al locale: bisogna prendere provvedimenti e soprattutto personale consono per questo tipo di lavoro, non si può lavorare con persone scocciate, maleducate e non opportune. In spiaggia le persone vanno per rilassarsi, non per litigare e prendersi...

Tried to go to this restaurant. Unfortunately we weren’t able to due to Abusive and ableist men that work in the parking. My father is disabled and they refused to let us park telling us we have to pay which is not legal. They then proceeded to kick the car and tell us they were calling the police. Horrible horrible men who hate tourists and disabled people. Will never ever return .

Please sort out these awful abusive men who are ruining...
