Tam Tam di Fumagalli — Restaurant in Alghero

Per la serie cucine da incubo… eccoci al Tam Tam sulla spiaggia le Bombarde. Ci siamo recati in tre per pranzo avendo passato la giornata nella spiaggia adiacente. Una volta entrati nonostante ci fossero un paio di tavoli liberi, ci hanno messo oltre 15 minuti per farci accomodare. Una volta ordinate le pietanze, abbiamo atteso un’eternità, fuori dalla splendida vetrata scorrevano le stagioni. Avevamo ordinato una fregola sarda con cozze, vongole, granchio, gambero e scampo, dal costo di Euro 22,00 (ventidue/00). Per il prezzo pagato, quantità davvero modica, sugo acido, granchio assente, tutte le vongole chiuse e non commestibili (allego foto). Oltre al grave errore culinario, in quanto non è ammissibile servire tutte - e dico tutte - le vongole chiuse, quando abbiamo manifestato il nostro disappunto, la risposta è stata anche peggio. Ci é stato detto: “eh lo so, queste non si aprono”. E da un altro cameriere di passaggio: “quelle si aprono con il coltello”. Ciò denota che il fatto era già stato evidenziato da altri sventurati avventori e loro, come se niente fosse, avevano serenamente continuato a servire vongole non commestibili e pericolose da ingerire. Non è stato effettuato nessuno sconto sul conto finale, ne tanto meno è stato offerto un caffè o qualche digestivo come compensazione. Invito caldamente tutti a...

I don’t understand the bad reviews because I found this restaurant fabulous , next to the beach, very cozy , the waiter was super nice and very welcoming and the food was great . And yes there are animals such as dogs and cats , but they’re very sweet and not more disturbing than humans , on the contrary I trust humans with animals It means that they have good vibrations . I surely recommend...
