Ristorante Pizzeria Mama Latina — Restaurant in Alzachèna/Arzachena

I went to dinner here and the level of service truly baffled me. Never in my life have I been treated with such a lack of respect. I am not a person that is very easily dissatisfied but the way that staff treated me was the worst I have ever experienced. The food came out bad and I politely told the man that served me that I did not like the taste. I was then yelled at and told I should not haggle. I apologised and said I did not mean to be rude but I preffered not to finish my plate. He then slammed the table and took my food in his hands and shook it. His movements were aggresive and I felt very intimidated. I was then taken to the register and forced to pay for food and even a tip. I highly recommend any person that is looking for a joyful dinner experience to avoid this place and search on down the road. I found a nice little take away place where I ate something decent and went home. I sincerely hope that both attitude and food change drastically sooner...

After leaving this place your wallet will be as empty as the cars on the parking of this photo. Stay away.

A 33 cl Coke is 5 €, the Coperto is 3 € but now it comes. When we were looking for a small pasta dish the waiter brought a tray with fresh fish he was very eager to sell. The same waiter told us that the only food possible to be cooked was grilled fish and he proposed a seabass for €40, meaning €20 per person, or eight euro per hundred grams. Outrageous! Only when we were about to leave did he change his mind and said he could make some pasta for us. We paid €13 for a very basic pasta with tomato sauce, basil...

I do not think it is worth going. I also think most of the 5 stars reviews are from friends of the manager/staff. The atmosphere here is nothing special, one waiter speaks alone and when people wanted to move inside due to the insects which were flying around their food he kept complaining. I had to move also and I have moved my food too, I could have very well cooked it. A small pasta dish with oil and garlic was 22€, sorry but that is called a rip off, on the other hand pizza is not too expensive and it is decent, cooked in a wood burning oven, so buy pizza.
