I Walked in with my wife at 9:40pm on Saturday night. I saw two tables open in area to right and asked for a table for 2. The gentleman looked around stated they did not have any tables. I asked if we could wait for one to open and he looked at the clock and said no. He walked away and said nothing else. I could not believe what had happened. I was speechless. I guess they are so busy that he can turn away customers. We were very disappointed and upset.
Every single person we have met in Arezzo, and Italy for that matter, have been so nice every time we visit Italy except the people in this restaurant. I would skip this one. There are so many other great restaurants in Arezzo that will welcome you with open arms.

If you’re a tourist, don’t even bother. They clearly don’t want your business, and honestly, they don’t deserve it. Hospitality? Nonexistent. Customer service? A disgrace. The staff act like they’re running a Michelin-starred palace when, in reality, it’s just another overrated spot with delusions of grandeur.
Take your money somewhere else where customers are actually respected. This place deserves nothing but bad reviews and...

I was looking for authentic, filling and high quality Tuscan cuisine in Arezzo, and this osteria delivered. I had a 3 course meal and everything was simply delicious. Their home-made pasta is to die for (their recipes are passed down through generations!), the portions are generous and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and cozy and I also loved the maximalist decor, it made me feel right at home, almost as if I was at an Italian family reunion. Can't...
