McDonald's ORISTANO Via Cagliari — Restaurant in Aristanis/Oristano

As an macdonalds employee my self I want to wish to tell that my experience was great but I am afraid to tell you something else.

Lets start with the order from the kiosk it was fine and easy as always sadly no points / many menu's in the app. The chicken nuggets were expensive to.

I get my recipt and I will sit. I see on my card offer/deal so I go to the kiosk (doesnt work) I ask the employee in english but he doesnt know english. He gets another person she doesnt know english finnaly I get help. I need to fill in a form (she fill out a form for me) then se says you can get menu now for 50 cents so I think cool more food for cheap. That wasnt true you need to buy first menu the you get coffee for 50 cents. I say I dont need a menu then, after she said ye then you cant get one as u need a menu. So I returned to my seat I see that my food was ready after 20+ minutes. The fries were a bit cold but the large fries wasnt full so I tested if it would fit in my medium fries. Of course does it fit so for the fries I didnt got the food for the price.

Drinks was nice altough I get an coke instead of a zero. We are done with eating so I go back inside to get a mcflurry for take a way.

It "was" done in 30 second altough she said. She just pressed the done button to get a faster service time. So I wait some minutes and then I ask can I get my mcflurry? I get this. Ye ye un secondo. She did go to the fries and began working there and when she came back she did first other orders. I ask again she says the same. Then a male employee came and I asked him to he made it to.

Sadly the mcflurry was melted before I was outside. Thats no problem cus the heat.

Overall I should recommend to go to other macdonalds to test the country specific products but not in Oristano, Sardinia as I got one of the worse...

This McDonald’s was packed. There were no parking spaces. Inside, we decided to use the automatic machine and then they deliver your food to the table. It was so full of people inside that the line went out the door. We got lucky and found a table. The order got delivered pretty quickly but was missing the 2 McFlurries we ordered. For our order we wanted to try the classic Big Mac, the crispy bacon sandwich and added the fries with cheese and bacon, and also tried some small pizza empanadas snacks. Everything was very very similar to the taste of the items back at home. When things got interesting was when trying to get the missing McFlurries. I had to talk to 4 different people over the course of 15 minutes to get them. The first 3 people were fine and just guided me to talk to someone else. The last lady I talked to, ignored the message about my order from the manager, took forever to acknowledge my presence, and I had to remind her of my McFlurries. She just said, one minute. No apology, no smiles, extremely rude. And yes, why go to McDonald’s on a trip to Italy? Because I have kids and they...

took 26 minutes to get this order. to their credit it took less then 10 to put most of it on a tray. then just stood there until we asked if something was wrong with the order. and i got dirty looks when I pointed out that we asked for "grande" cappuccino. not that there's enough coffee in it. it's just milk. so much for "you get the same everywhere...
