Absolutely awful place, we booked for a table and they gave it at a very late hour, and no one was in the place.

Flies and mosquitos everywhere and falling on our table, No choices towards pizzas and an absolute nonsense in the kitchen policy. We left the table before having our dinner as we got there on purpose: we asked for different ingredients and didn t received any response at all, definitely a Place you can go to if you don t think about all the good pizzerias nearby in the area. Probably one of the worst in the whole region, they take advantage with their 'your pizza choice'adding 2.50€ x ingredient and ending up with a double priced pizza than the one you wanted to 'modify' from their gaunt menu.

Not a Competitive location, and professionality is an option they don t consider. We went to L'alchimista and simply had what we asked for...

Sono cliente abituale da ormai diversi anni a causa della mia celiachia, niente da dire sulla pizza che, a parer mio, è la più buona di Oristano!! Purtroppo però tutte le volte che siamo andati abbiamo riscontrato troppa lentezza nel servizio; l’ultima volta è stato un sabato di circa un mesetto fa, abbiamo prenotato per le 22 quindi quando siamo arrivati eravamo gli unici a dover mangiare, le pizze ci sono state servite dopo 40 minuti… un’attesa eccessiva! Inoltre, ho riscontrato che tutte le volte che chiamo (con largo anticipo) per prenotare una pizza d’asporto senza glutine, mi viene data ogni volta una motivazione diversa per negare il servizio! Mi dispiace più che altro perché la situazione della celiachia di per sé è difficile da gestire, e per me significa dover rinunciare a un momento di convivialità con altre persone. Spero che questa critica costruttiva possa essere d’aiuto per un miglioramento futuro riguardante la gestione, perché ripeto per me la pizza è fantastica e i dolci pure…

Carissimo, rispondo perché la vostra risposta è alquanto vergognosa e imbarazzante. Innanzitutto se mi permetto di fare certe critiche è perché ho lavorato anni nel settore, e in secondo luogo perché so benissimo cosa significhi fare impresa e gestirne una. Secondo, ho chiamato chiedendo se potesse farmi la pizza da asporto per le 21.15, chiedendolo GENTILMENTE. Mi avete risposto che l’avreste fatta solo dopo le 22. Inoltre, sono venuta molte volte in compagnia portando sempre grosse tavolate sia per cene aziendali sia per cene tra amici, se permette non sempre le altre persone sono disposte ad andare sempre nella stessa pizzeria, motivo per cui non dovrebbe interessarle questo particolare, perché io avrei potuto volerla alle 21.15 anche per mangiarmela comodamente a casa. Piuttosto dovrebbe preoccuparsi di imparare a mantenere e fidelizzare la clientela abituale (si, anche per una banalissima pizza d’asporto), cosa che dopo la sua risposta immagino non sappia fare. Le auguro il meglio, io della sua pizza posso anche farne a meno! Saluti.

Ps. Dato che è tanto arrongante, dia anche una spiegazione per tutte le volte che ho chiamato la mattina e mi son sentita rispondere che avevate già finito...

We were in two and we decided to eat fish. There was the choice where you could give the chef the freedom to pick up the dishes for us. The food was amazing, from the starters until the end. Each dish was prepared accurately and you could tell that the fish was really fresh. Eating the pasta with astice was like you were swimming in the ocean...the taste of the fish and the seafood was really good.
