The lady treats you SO BADLY and unnecessarily that we just stood up from the table and left. Not very open to speak English and it took so long for them to come to our table. Once she came and just dropped the menu on the table I asked if that was the same from the QRcode and she was very rude not understanding and later left saying OF COURSE with a very bad attitude not even listening to me because I said we already have checked the QR code so we are ready to order and no need for that physical menu that came after almost 20min waiting. She ignored and left with a very impolite attitude, so we decided to leave the restaurant. View is nice but you don’t need to go to the restaurant as the park access is free. So my advice is to enjoy the park and go down to many other options of restaurants down there which knows a lot bit more about hospitality and...

Domenica ore 13,00. Paesaggio incantevole: 10 con lode. Molta gente, ma neanche troppa. Ci fanno accomodare su un tavolino metà all'ombra, metà al sole... Già non ci siamo. Aspettiamo circa 20/25 minuti, quindi decidiamo di farci notare: "no buono" penso. Arrivano e prendono le ordinazioni. Altri 40 minuti. Ancora "no buono" ripenso. Finalmente arrivano, ma... Con antipasto e primo in promiscuità, della serie facciamoci perdonare, ma il rimedio è quasi un danno, vabbè, mi dico, mangerò il primo poi andrò sull'antipasto... Gnocchi surgelati (a onor del vero era specificato nel menù) al sugo e pesto, peccato che qualcuno lo era rimasto surgelato, dopo la cottura (o scongelamento?). Le insalatone dei mie commensali erano rachitiche foglie con un po' di condimento in un piatto da primo, sì quello che si usa per gli spaghetti, i ravioli, il risotto per intenderci: 8,5 euro l'una. Servizio pessimo, non per malavoglia, credo, ma per incompetenza. Non mi aspettavo un'ospitalità di lusso, ma un servizio decente, che da tante piccole cose, che non sto neppure a enumerare, in realtà non si avvicina neppure alla sufficienza. Mi spiace, ma anche la vista sul lago può addolcire, un servizio così scarso, con pietanze appena commestibili. Le birre ottime, e i ragazzi al servizio educati, come noi d'altronde. Le due stelle sono per la birra e il paesaggio. Stop. PS: purtroppo denoto sempre più spesso, sin dai piccoli accorgimenti, che molti si inventano ristoratori senza esserlo. Più che svogliatezza la definirei inettitudine, e soprattutto superficialità. Su alcune cose ci si arriva senza essere del mestiere. Mah! Nice restaurant with a big terrace. The food and drinks are amazing and the panoramic view is totally stunning. We had such a great lunch at this place while look at Arona and the Lago Maggiore.

Only the staff took a long time to take our orders, bring us the food and bring us the bill after we kindly asked twice.
