What an awful experience! 1st the shamefull coperto that wasn't specified on the menu outside cause if we would have seen it, we wouldn't have stayed. And this stupid habit first meant that you had a cover over your table and some bread and grissini, now you get 0, 2 lame pieces of paper and a fork and knife! Shame on you! On the bill it is written "service" but It is not our responsibility to pay for the service of your staff, ok? 2nd, we waited half an hour for the meal to be ready and there wasn't anyone in the restaurant 😡 Then the "famous" burger which was nothing special honestly, some tasteless piece of minced meat 🤢which doesn't even come with fries, NO, the fries must be ordered EXTRA! I have never seen this and I travelled all over the world! Shame again! 7.5€ a "double" portion of fries! Double by their standards. I will stop here. You pay coperto 2.5€ which you see only after you are already seated as it's not displayed on the menu on the wall outside. For this I will always give 1 star. No need to have a reply from the owner to explain me what coperto is. I already know. The prices are high enough and should already include coperto, service, nice fake smiles, whatever you want. Went there for lunch with my friend. We sat on the terrace. I had the veggie burger, she had something more or less on order which was not a problem for the very friendly owners. And we ordered fries to share. Food was of great quality and taste. Our dog got a fresh bowl of water, which was very nice.
