PAISÀNI hamburger italiani — Restaurant in Aversa

To Start, Parking is hard to find, and the area is small. The restaurant itself is very cozy, small, and slightly uncomfortable. The kitchen is open to the dining area which means there is a strong smoky smell throughout the area.

The service was decent, and our drinks were brought quickly, the server was okay. The burger took a good while to arrive, as there seemed to be two people in the kitchen.

Now to the food. The fried ricotta was good, a decent portion, and it was brought in a brief time. The burger, which is the main point of the restaurant and it was extremely average. The basic meat and burger you could find at most burger joints. The fries were okay, a good crunch but...

As a mid week night out, Paisani delivered up tasty plates of food with a great selection of extra toppings for their tasty burger patties.

The actual eating is always a bit messy when picking up their well filled buns, but delicious. Watch out for any dripping!

Paisani also do great rustic fries with the burgers and these are crispy and flavourful. They also have their own branded beers.

Overall it's a local burger place with much more character and flavour than the big chains. They frequently have offers and you can sign up to a mailing list to receive these. They're also on 'The Fork' if you use that app.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza al Paisani non è stata positiva, anzi, è successo un episodio che farebbe inorridire qualunque professionista lavori in questo settore ed è capace di trattare con i clienti. Eravamo in due e abbiamo ordinato 3 antipasti e 2 portate principali. Parto dagli antipasti: patatine con tartufo, probabilmente fritte nel pomeriggio o comunque non espresse per cui non risultavano croccati, come se fossero state scaldate al microonde. I Falafel avevano uno strano sapore poco gradevole, come se ci fosse del formaggio all’interno anche se il piatto dovrebbe essere vegano. Le ali di pollo buone ma nulla di eccezionale. Per quanto riguarda le portate principali, io ho preso una tartare di Chianti (14 euro) e mio marito un panino. Purtroppo, A MIO GUSTO, la tartare, anche se bella d’aspetto, era letteralmente immangiabile, aveva la consistenza di un omogeneizzato, una crema di carne praticamente, abbastanza nauseante. Ovviamente l’ho lasciata intera nel piatto. Ho Comunicato il mio disagio al cameriere, il quale si è posto in maniera molto garbata e gentile (l’unico vero professionista di tutto il ristorante!) chiedendomi se volessi sostituire il piatto. Non trovando un’alternativa che mi allettasse, ho preferito non ordinare nient’altro. All’arrivo del conto (66 euro), ci viene applicato uno sconto di 6 euro. Ovviamente avevo dato per scontato che la tartare ci fosse stata tolta già a priori, ma uscendo dal locale mi accorgo che non era così e che, in realtà, quello sconto di 6 euro voleva essere un modo per farci un’attenzione per quello che era successo. Purtroppo io c’ho visto solo un voler approfittare dei propri clienti. Mi sono sentita presa in giro e la mia critica rispetto ad un loro piatto è stata completamente ignorata.
