We aim for these family run little places and we were not dissappointed at all!!! The red wine was delicious! If it can be said that! The 2 Italian gentlemen from Bacoli itself were warm and welcoming and were able to chat with us, as it was just the start of the evening. It was a brand new small enterprise and the owner married his sweetheart!!! A small picture of them on the wall. And the PIZZA was most Authentic and mere words here are not much for our sincere appreciation. He was so tired with all the work, but that smile made us feel so welcome. Cozy & Authentic. Un gioiellino nascosto nel cuore di Bacoli!

Questa sera abbiamo scoperto Pepper, una pizzeria locale nel cuore di Bacoli, situata in un caratteristico vicoletto. Dall’esterno si nota poco che sia una pizzeria, e anche all’interno l’ambiente è semplice, senza grosse pretese. Ma la vera sorpresa arriva con la pizza!

Impasto sottilissimo, leggerissimo, ben lievitato e con ingredienti di qualità. La classica pizza napoletana fatta come si deve, con una cottura perfetta. Da veri amanti della pizza, abbiamo scelto di concentrarci solo su di essa… e ne è valsa assolutamente la pena!

Il locale ha pochi posti a sedere, il che lo rende perfetto per chi cerca una serata tranquilla, senza il caos e la confusione che spesso si trovano in altri locali. Servizio gentile, atmosfera rilassata e una pizza...
