We stayed 10 nights at the end of August in a Superior Pineta room, which we had booked directly through the hotel's website in May of the same year. We were totally disappointed with the Superior Pineta room, which didn’t meet our expectations at all. The hotel intentionally deceives its guests by not showing the PUBLIC, NOISY road with HEAVY TRAFFIC day and night between the sea and the hotel in the photos on its website (sometimes it was impossible to sleep at night due to very noisy motorcycles and scooters, as local teenagers were racing and doing moto freestyle right under our hotel window). And instead of breathing fresh air, we were breathing exhaust fumes. On the hotel website, the room description says "a wonderful view of the pine forest facing the sea," and the photos of the room make you think that there is no road between the hotel and the pine forest facing the sea. Once we complained about it, we were offered a room of a LOWER category, which wasn’t acceptable, because we had paid for the more expensive room. We also were considering to get a refund for the rest days and to switch hotel, however, it was too difficult to find good options during the high season, without booking in advance... Please keep in mind that the hotel is very popular with bikers, so it is noisy! And the Wi-Fi in the room was terrible—the worst internet connection we’ve ever had in a hotel. The beach towels we were given on the first day, which were supposed to be exchanged for an additional fee of 4 euros, were all worn out and stained. Thus, it its better to buy your own towels. When it comes to the room facilities, the room was outdated: the soap dispenser and bathroom light were not working, and the bathroom door was constantly jammed. However, all the problems have been fixed relatively quickly. We were very satisfied with the room cleaning, the very nice staff in the restaurant, and the overall service during dinner. The dinner was in most cases good and we enjoyed it. The breakfast was quite monotonous. Another big plus of the hotel is its nice beach—actually, you can choose between two: the hotel’s private beach and the public beach with a Blue Flag. The water is beautiful, and there aren’t too many people, so you can really relax.

My husband and I had this hotel recommended to us by a Sardinian friend for a part of our honeymoon trip to Europe. The team at Hotel La Torre went absolutely above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. They had a snack prepared and waiting for us as we arrived close to midnight and missed dinner. Every single day they looked after us with the most care. Rooms were always kept clean and fresh. The property grounds are in spectacular condition and the nature is so colourful and refreshing. They had a great live band for one of the dinners and it really added to the ambiance! Location is great and has a lovely beach right at the doorstep. The staff are all amazing, especially Rita who feels like family now! As we were checking out, the manager helped with my bags and offered snacks for our journey back to the airport. This hotel is nothing short of incredible. If you are ever around here, the staff at this hotel will look after you without a doubt. Really a highlight of our trip that we will cherish forever. Thank you to the team at Hotel La Torre and we can’t wait to see you again in the future!!! Lots of love all the way from Australia!!!

The located is beautiful, the rooms a bit outdated but the gorgeous natural surroundings made up for it. We were so happy our first few nights here on our honeymoon! ||Unfortunately, the hotel hosted a wedding during our final night which completely ruined our experience, and has yet to respond to our complaint. ||We were informed a wedding would be held at the hotel pool until 4pm on our last day. Absolutely no issue with this at all, and we happily spent the day at the beach. However, after the pool side service the wedding moved to the area directly outside the guest rooms and did not finish until after 11pm that evening. EXTREMELY loud music was blasted all through the afternoon well into the evening, making it impossible to relax and enjoy our room we paid for. ||My husband enquired as to when the music was stopped, he was told 10:30pm and had to ask the staff a few more times until it was eventually turned off after 11pm. The guests loudly left the venue over the next hour. ||I was also catcalled by drunk wedding guests while wandering the hotel grounds. This has been reported to the hotel via email after our stay, but they dismissed this as I did not mention it to staff at the time it occurred. As we told them, the delay in reporting this does not affect the severity of the harassment nor the validity of my experience. ||There was no communication of the ACCURATE timings of the wedding, there was no communication how incredibly loud and distributive the guests and music would be during the event and our stay, and we were knowingly were placed in a room no more than 20 metres from the event by hotel staff, in which is was impossible to sleep or relax in our room during the event, and was still not inform of the above. ||We paid to stay at this hotel, and the lack of care and response from the hotel after we expressed our complaint three times in person and twice via email after we left is appalling. ||We are seeking a refund for this last night of our stay, and wished to speak to the hotel on this via email. They have yet to respond to our last email which was sent to them a...
