I really liked the presentation of the steak, after being cut, the steak was brought to the table before cooking, then when done brought on a roasting kettle. However, flavor of steak and side was average in flavor and creativity. Pasta was good and venison sauce was tasty. We've been eating in Tuscany a week, this was easily the most expensive meal with less courses purchased. (We shared 1 serving pasta, a large florentine T bone for 2, and shared a veggie. We've done large steaks and not shared primos or sides all week and usually get an appetizer, still less expensive.) Also, I don't know if it was because it was Saturday, but we saw the prix fixe menu online and planned to order from that. There was one of our four English menus that had one, and the server apologized and snatched the fixed price page from the menu. Other than that and a forgotten drink (again apologized nicely) service...

Food and service is ok, nothing special.

First off the highlight is the beef - they have many from around the world, and you can pick with different pricing and minimum weights. We tried the Australian Wagyu and it’s ok, I’ve had Japanese Kobe beef before which was far more marbled. As you can see from the photo, the marbling was very little !

The grilled vegetables and the fried artichokes were not good.. they should remove the fried artichokes from the menu, and the grilled veges there was barely any.

The presentation of the beef was good on the bbq plate which kept it warm. and it was pre cut for you.

The parpardelle with wild boar was way too salty, also avoid.

All in all, the beef was good, the others items we...

Bravi tutti i ragazzi a reggere questi...
