Eravamo a casa di amici a Bardolino, decidono di ordinare la pizza in questo locale perché clienti da anni. Ordiniamo con largo anticipo 12 pizze per un totale di oltre 120 euro. Arrivati al ristorante per il ritiro ci informano, sgarbatamente, che il POS non era funzionante (già dal giorno prima). Posto che i disservizi tecnici possono non essere prevedibili, dovevamo essere avvisati già al momento della prenotazione. In ogni caso arriviamo sprovvisti di contanti quindi, con le pizze già pronte e nei cartoni, torniamo a casa a prendere i contanti. Questo porta ad un ritardo di 20 minuti circa, che risulterà rilevante per la conservazione della pizza. Tornati al ristorante veniamo riaccolti in maniera estremamente scortese, dicendoci testuali parole “che non possiamo farci niente e che a noi non costa niente buttare via tutte le pizze”. Per il disguido si sdebitano con un paio di birre in bottiglia piccola. Sulla qualità della pizza non posso esprimermi più di tanto perché era completamente raffreddata nel frattempo, non credo la valutazione sarebbe stato molto migliore ma sicuramente non era questo il punto. Wir waren heute Abend mit 7 Personen, davon 3 Kinder zum Abendessen im eL Soreie. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön über Bardolino gelegen. Den tollen Ausblick konnte man aufgrund der Dunkelheit leider nur erahnen. Es gibt Sitzmöglichleiten im Innenrsum und auf der teilüberdachten Terrasse. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bestens bedient. Zu unserer Überraschung war sehr wenig los. Die Karte ist umfangreich und enthält regionaltypische Speisen. Die Caprese mit Büffelmozerella zur Vorspeise war fein angemacht, der frisch gemahlene Pfeffer auf dem Tellerrand hat hervorragend dazu gepasst. Als Hauptgerichte hatten wir Pizza Diavolo, Spaghetti Carbonara und Pizza Camicia, eine Spezialität des Hauses. Pasta mit Tomatesoße gibt es immer auf der Karte. Die Nudelsorte konnte gewählt werden. Unsere Kinder waren sehr happy damit. Das Essen hat uns insgesamt hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir mussten ein wenig warten, dafür war alles frisch zubereitet. Die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung und fair. Das eL Soreie empfehle ich uneingeschränkt weiter. Bei meinem nächsten Urlaub am Gardasee bin ich dort gerne...
