Tired of hotel food and decided to walk to what turned out to be the best local restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect. Locals and owners laughing and hanging around. We arrived at 6 and the place was full by seven.

Slices of every variety were ready to heat and eat or take home and bake. We ordered a small pie and it was the best pizza we had in Italy. My husband had the tomato and onion salad that was super fresh and tasty. He ordered some bread and it was amazing. Light and crispy but not dry. And they warmed it up! We have been eating cold and dry bread for a week. Finally. Warm fresh bread!

We opted for dessert even though we were full. We found room once we tasted the home made tiramisu . So creamy and flavorful.

Our waiter brought us a tasting of limoncello and grappa.

The bill was 30 euros. If you are tired of touristy places and want an authentic neighborhood restaurant give this family owned gem a try. You...

So we went there already twice and maybe even a third time as I can't write in the future. When we talk about the food, it's very good. The pizza dough is very fluffy. The toppings are very good and more than enough. So you have these square parts (Pinsa), which you can choose or just a normal pizza if that is what you prefer. We had them both, and to be honest, the square pieces are our favourite. If you are in the neighbourhood (Bardolino at Garda), just stop and try, and I know you won't be...

This is authentic! Most customers were locals and that's usually a good sign. We were looking for a spot a little off the tourist center. You can get pre-cut slices but i highly recommend getting a fresh pizza for 2 people. You can mix two seperate pizzas combined to one for a price around 22 Euros, which is nothing for the quality. It's not a typical thin italian pizza, the dough is more fluffy but with an amazing crunch to the last bite. I'll go there again, when i am...

We loved it here. Such fantastic, kind people and outstanding pizza. We had the pinsa base, which is amazing. They are rightly proud, too, of their tiramisu. And lovely limoncella to finish up. It is very popular with locals and a table can't be guaranteed, but they will do their best.
