Caffè Latino Bistrot — Restaurant in Bari

On first impressions, this establishment looked quite inviting. Unfortunately, that's where it stopped! If I could give this zero, I would ! From the eye rolls from the staff as we entered to the absolute distane of them having to serve us, it just went from bad to worse! We were served 3 boards of food without plates, and we had to ask for them! Then, before we had even been there for half an hour, they took plates away without us even asking. If I had received this kind of service in England, I would've walked out within the first 5 minutes. As I was over visiting my son, I had to excruciatingly had to sit through this farcical lunch. Awful people, awful...

Very nice place. The trees , the seating arrangements are great. The food is good, but nothing different of what you would expect for those prices . I failed to see the coperto charge in the menu . For sure is there but not obviously visible like in many other restaurants .

The service is atrociously bad. I do not care if non one speak English but a little bit of positive attitude would go a long way . You feel this visceral contempt servers have for visitors. In summary this place has all the elements to be great , but the potential...

As others have also mentioned before we were also totally ignored at that place. The “waitress” looked at us when sitting down but she didn’t come up to us. Rather she was chatting and laughing with the guy behind the counter. When I went up to her she acted like being disturbed. Maybe the owners should select the employees better. Rudeness and disrespectfulness don’t help. We didn’t stay. Of course, we found a nice place with good food...
