Frizzcafe' Torre a Mare — Restaurant in Bari

When we arrived, I asked if they had gluten- and lactose-free options. They said only gluten-free was possible. By the time we were finally seated and served—after quite a wait—we could only order starters because the chef had already left. This wouldn’t have been an issue if they had informed us upfront.

My friend ordered a cola, but as soon as it was poured into the glass and she tried to take a sip, the glass broke and spilled all over her lap. For about 10 minutes, none of the staff noticed what had happened. When they finally brought her a new glass, it was dirty, so unfortunately, she couldn’t drink from that either.

We waited a long time for just two simple dishes. The staff were rarely visible, and when they did appear, it felt like we weren’t even there. We had to go inside to pay, even though everyone else was brought their bill at the table. The service was dismissive and rude.

I wouldn’t recommend this...

Ho preso un aperitivo con mia figlia ed ho pagato 25 euro per 2 aperol spritz stuzzichini centrali e 2 piatti con 5 tipologie tra paninetti e focaccine a testa. Il posto è carino perché direttamente nella piazzetta difronte al mare così decidiamo di prenotare lo stesso aperitivo per il giorno del compleanno della ragazza per festeggiarlo con gli amici di scuola. Sarebbero una decina spiego a chi mi dava disponibilità per il giorno richiesto e vorremmo portare una torta per l'occasione. "Se vuole la torta la facciamo noi "mi rispondono" le conviene ...anziché 12 euro per l'aperitivo e 50 centesimi per il coperto con 13 euro circa totali le includo anche la torta." Mia figlia chiama 2 giorni prima per la conferma e per scegliere la farcitura della torta ed è a questo punto che qualcosa inizia a prendere un verso strano. Deve recarsi nel locale sito a Bari Poggiofranco per lasciare un acconto per la torta la' dove l'avrebbero preparata non conoscendo neanche il significato di croccantino al pistacchio (piccola richiesta di mia figlia non esaudita). Viene lasciato un acconto di 20 euro e rilasciato regolare scontrino. Gli amici si incontrano passano una bella serata e mia moglie passa a saldare il conto portando lo scontrino dell'acconto. 10 persone per 13 euro a casa mia fa 130 euro...il conto? 191 euro . Le hanno detto che la torta di circa due kg è venuta a costare 66 euro. 33 euro al kg....Mia moglie è una signora e non ha battuto ciglio ha pagato ed è andata via...io non avrei fatto lo stesso...66 euro per una tortina dal gusto pure discutibile è un furto bello e buono che va denunciato...non è così che si gestisce...
