My review based on many visits. Elegant and welcoming place surrounded by greenery with an ambitious cuisine. The dishes are varied and well presented, meat and fish, sometimes far too elaborate, but always pleasant and light. There is a wide choice of wines, although classic and not so refined. The environment is very nice, informal but really cozy, you can enjoy a quiet view from the large windows, the restaurant is surrounded by greenery. The bill is honest, it is possible to have lunch with wine at an average of € 15 and dinner at prices in line with the area and this type of place, the cuisine however offers something more. The service is well placed in the context, practical, discreet, the dishes come out quickly despite the high number of people. Reservations are required for lunch and weekends. I'm a cuban black guy, and neither me and my family never had any problems with this restaurant. We know very well this place because it's near from our home and every time that we went there, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. It's a wonderful place with a great atmosphere, high quality food with very good prices and an excellent service, so, for this reason, it's always very crowded. My advice for the next time, you should book before go there, otherwise you will run the risk of not finding available tables. I strongly suggest it for all the people (tourists and the locals one), without giving importance to the color of the skin, everyone is welcome...

Non conoscevamo nemmeno il locale ma, in un'occasione tanto importante, abbiamo seguito il consiglio di un amico entusiasta, molto affidabile e campione di savoir vivre: Giordano. Dobbiamo dire un grazie di cuore a lui come a Roberto, Nadia, Rosy, Tino e tutti i nostri nuovi amici di "Roberto Bistrot". Siamo stati trattati, infatti, proprio da veri amici, fin dalla serata "di prova", due settimane fa, e hanno organizzato per noi un ricevimento unico, venerdì scorso. Cibi squisiti, vini eccellenti, ritmi perfetti, atmosfera romantica e suggestiva, servizio imbattibile: anche volendo, non sapremmo trovare un difetto. Abbiamo scelto i vini con l'aiuto di Roberto e Rosy; Nadia ha pianificato tutto con grande concretezza e senza perdersi in chiacchiere inutili. Sicura, concreta e attenta a ogni dettaglio, come una vera padrona di casa (le migliori, quelle di una volta). Tino ci ha accolti per l'aperitivo, con un prosecco divino e un indimenticabile sorriso, poi di nuovo Rosy ha guidato l'intera serata insieme a Nadia, con ogni tipo di attenzione, tanto che nessun bambino presente ha fatto un solo capriccio. La torta era fatta in casa e avevamo imposto che fosse di quelle tradizionali: pan di spagna ben inzuppato, per favore, cosa sono quelle torte di oggi, che sembrano imbottite di bambagia?
