I've been a long time customer of Biosapori Bassano for nearly 3-4 years. On average, I spend roughly 500 euros per month there. I've always been very fond of the girls who work by the registers and never had any problems with anyone except for this one time today. I bought a jar of chocolate cream (been eating this same brand for nearly 2 years) last week and found some weird white bits inside when I opened the jar. It looked unexpectedly different from what I usually get. Clearly, I brought it back in hope for an exchange or refund. When I showed them the jar, the two cashiers insisted that those white bits were oil and natural nuts. And because this is food we are talking about here, it is normal that I refuse to risk it. The girls consulted their manager (the older lady with glasses) and not only she didn't acknowledge my concern, she refused to do anything about it. I was basically left to accept the jar of chocolate cream with white stuffs floating inside. Of course I was disappointed by the mistreatment. Perhaps, there was a misunderstanding and language barrier as I was speaking in English and not in Italian. Nonetheless, I feel like I have to voice out my experience in hope someone from Biosapori reads it and understands my frustration. Mi hanno fatto molto arrabbiare quando ho riportato un prodotto comperato 2 giorni prima con scadenza il giorno in cui ho chiesto che mi venisse sostituito. Non volevano assolutamente sostituirlo perché il loro statuto prevede che il cliente non può avere una sostituzione di un prodotto anche se scade lo stesso giorno dell'acquisto se ti accorgi dopo avere completato l'acquisto. Quindi è colpa del cliente se non guarda subito le scadenze dei prodotti e non è mai colpa loro che lasciano un prodotto esposto e già scaduto. Una cosa vergognosa e inaccettabile. Infatti mi sono talmente infuriata che il prodotto me l'hanno sostituito . Così ora non vado più spesso a fare la spesa da loro, addirittura il latte di avena lo prendo online dalla Spagna e lo pago meno.
