Horrible, don't bother! This restaurant had the worst food we have while in Rome, the traditional dishes were watery and very over cooked, the pasta was mushy. The service wasn't great and we were tricked into getting way more than we needed as well as not giving us enough time between courses to eat what was in front of us. Il mio ringraziamento più grande va allo staff per la gentilezza e professionalità e alla titolare, mi ha fatta sentire subito a casa.. Mi ha accolto come si faceva una volta.. C è posto? Sono sola? Si, si vieni cara, qui può andare? 🤗 🤗 La cucina è tipica del luogo io ho assaggiato mezza porzione di bigoli(cotti e conditi alla perfezione) in più mi ha concesso due mezze porzioni di bis di secondi:seppioline in umido e baccalà. Devo dire che le prime non mi hanno entusiasmato.. Ma per il baccalà per poco non facevo la Hola.. Una delle poche volte che non è soffocato dall olio oppure un piccolo pezzettino accanto ad una montagna di polenta.. Qui no! Non è unto ma di una cremosita'unica. Infatti come potete vedere dalle foto il locale fa parte della fraternità del Baccala'.. In molti lo sanno fare ma in pochi così buono😋. La loro selezione di formaggi si basa su prodotti tipici, serviti con miele. I biscotti sono fatti in casa, serviti con un bicchiere di vino. I sapori sono quelli di un tempo e rispecchiano la classica cucina tradizionale della nonna.. Frutta conservata sotto spirito, tovagli a scacchi, elemento apprezzatissimo da me..
