We had a wonderful experience eating at La Bussola. Note that the restaurant has been under new management since January 2025 and you can disregard any negative ratings before that time. STAFF: Elia is the new owner and is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The cook, Kathya, is an experienced cook, very kind and attentive. We called the day before to make a reservation and he personally called back to confirm details. SERVICE: He makes clients feel welcomed and goes out of his way to provide exceptional service. We ordered appetizers, main course and dessert. We did not wait long for the items to arrive. FOOD: For appetizers we ordered a mix seafood platter (Tuna, Octopus, and Squid). Our main course we seafood Ravioli and Sliced Beef w/Parmesan. Delicious! The steak slices were perfectly cooked. 🍷The wine list has a good variety of Piedmontese options. We dropped in to La Bussola and they managed to find us a table even though we hadn't booked. The food, drinks and service were outstanding, it was early so the full kitchen wasn't available, just pizza but that suited us.
