If you find yourself in Biella, you should definitely check this place out! It’s right opposite the Menabrea Brewery and Botalla Cheese Factory and 30 seconds from the Museum of Beer and Cheese (Menabrea and Botalla).
I would recommend booking before ahead because a few people were turned away due to not having a booking. Also at the time we visited it was only open in the evening, after 1900, during the weekdays (depending on when you read this things might have changed as the host did say things would change as they got busier, in any case give them a ring before you pop by).
The beers on offer were fantastic as you would expect from a world-class brewery like Menabrea - try the seasonal festive beer if you’re after something nice but different.
There were more options than I was expecting when it came to the food, some paired with great meat sourced locally from the Piemonte region. The paniscia was my favourite dish of the night and I would definitely recommend.
You can even order a pizza with Sbirro which is the cheese produced by Botalla that has been aged with Menabrea Beer!

English language friendly restaurant! Beer Manufacturing plant, and so here you can have raw beer, which we did, which tasted very similar to filtered beer. Pizza was good. we ordered a rice dish - risoto, which we did not finish (we didn't like) I'm tempted to take one point for that, but their service was awesome and so bonus point. Requested a b'day cake, they didn't have one; though they are offered to serve tiramisu with candle which did the duty! We paid for the tiramisu it was not offered on the house, many restaurants I have been to give birthday cake on the house, we were a party...
