It's no fine dining experience, I'll say this upfront. Though the price is honest and the food is decent. It is a cafeteria of sorts, meaning there are several daily options to choose from and the options are changed daily.

You can expect to pay 5-10 euros per person and I would say the place is kid-friendly (French fries are always on the menu it seems). Frequented by students and families alike. There are no English translations, but since you can point at what you want, it's somewhat irrelevant.

A decent place to grab a quick lunch. However, the owner at the register is unfriendly to me (never responds to my "buongiorno" or "grazie" but she greets others), and charges me very inconsistently (a different of 40%.) I've dined there over 30 times but the last visit was the last straw, so I will never eat there or visit its sister...

Nei giorni scorsi in gita con amici ci siamo recati in questo ristorante self service nel centro di Biella, che ha offerto un'ottima qualità e scelta di piatti dall'antipasto al dolce e persino il pane caldo sfornato al momento, con prezzi assolutamente economici (fattore non da poco data la nostra cittadinanza Genovese). Ampia scelta di primi e secondi e noi, che non abbiamo resistito a prendere anche il dolce, che è risultato anch'esso non banale ma allineato, nella scelta e qualità, ad una pasticceria, ci ha indotto il giorno dopo a un precipitoso rientro a Biella non previsto, per nuovamente assaporare un pranzo squisito e apprezzare la gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario e del personale.
