Ristorante Pizzeria Fraiese — Restaurant in Bologna

This evening was a fantastic food experience! But first things first.

The restaurant looks like an ordinary place but is way more than it looks. I came here early evening, took a seat and was greeted by an elderly and friendly waiter. Later on more people arrived and also constantly others who ordered something as a takeaway.

After some time I did choose to have some Antipasti and a Pizza, together with some water and wine. The Antipasti was already good but what took me by surprise was the Pizza. I don’t know if I ever had a better one.

The base had a super consistency, not too soft and not too crispy. The tomato sauce and the cheese made up a perfect team and the topping (Pancetta) added a great final taste. This was total harmony.

After the meal I had a „caffè corretto“ - it was the best possible finish to get.

I wish I could eat so good every day. Grazie mille a tutti!

Very clean, lovely fish. Waiters were however slow and missed whole dishes then served other food completely mixing up the courses. Service wasn't very good although the food was excellent. The price however was extortionate. for 4 pieces of scampi as a starter (actualy oversized king prawn) cost 16 euro some 13-14 pounds. Good food but not good enough to warrent the price and niether was the service. Tropical fish tank was however fantastic. Ok but slow and pricey will not eat here again given the number of far better pizzerias within a few...

Ciao a tutti premetto che non sono una persona puntigliosa però se vado a mangiare fuori e pago prendendo di mangiare bene e non di avere gli scarti di altri.. Premettendo questo vi racconto la mia esperienza alla fraiese arriviamo siamo in due ci mettono proprio davanti alla cassa davanti ai frigo con le cose già preparate… Quindi vedo subito la prima scena sparecchiano il tavolo affianco a noi e il pane lo rimettono nel cestino e lo riempiono per darlo a noi… Cioè il pane dell’altro tavolo lo hanno dato a noi Poi noi da napoletani doc vediamo che scaldano il babà nel microonde e aiuto🤬🤬 Arrivano i tortellini pasticciati e gnocchi ai 4 formaggi tortellini anche anche gnocchi anche no invece nel frattempo che aspettiamo il secondo una cotoletta alla milanese il signore in cassa si mette a fumare l’iqos il clu arriva la cotoletta uno si aspetta prosciutto cotto e besciamella o panna e arriva crudo e pomodoro al che chiediamo e ci viene risposto no non la facciamo così pensa che c’è gente che viene apposta per quella però magari lo dici prima perché io ero intollerante al pomodoro. in più mi stavo scordando che nell’attesa del primo le patate erano precotte cioè quelle surgelate così prese davanti a noi e poi portate a riscaldare e difatti come hanno portato il piatto così è rimasto alla fine in cassa siccome non abbiamo mangiato il secondo ci ha...
