Trattoria Don Pedro — Restaurant in Brenzone sul Garda

Would not recommend- there are plenty of other very excellent restaurants nearby at the same price with much better service quality and professionalism. I ordered a squid salad which the squid was not fresh as it smelt off. The Manager was rude and I simply asked to order a pizza and that to prevent any fuss said I would be happy to pay for both. He then ignored us and did not return to take the pizza order. I paid the full bill even though they returned the dish ti the kitchen. They did not apologise, and they were very rude on payment. I didn’t say anything and paid the full bill. I will not return to that Restuarant and hope this review might prevent you from having the same experience by encouraging you to try any of the other nearby...

Nice little spot. Doesn't look flashy but literally by the lake with amazing views. Great staff. Food was great, had the chicken curry with rice. Drinks was good. Everything is reasonably priced. Place was clean staff were patient and respectful. My fiancee enjoyed her dish. Overall, I would recommend checking it out if you're in town.

I am mystified by the good reviews this place seems to have achieved. We had lunch there today: Spaghetti Vongole was full of grit and made with a cheap, vinegary bitter white wine: Pizza tasted like a 99cent frozen supermarket special with literally zero taste despite supposedly containing tomato and parmesan.
