Ore 16.00 del 7 agosto 18 /capisco che fa caldo, ma la commessa sgarbata in assistenza alle casse automatiche, che non ha voglia di lavorare o ha qualche altro problema personale e preferirebbe stare in spiaggia, non ha che dirlo! Trattare i clienti come dei mentecatti e poi girare le spalle andandosene e alzando la voce dicendo "lei non ha capito!" E poi "visto che lei lo sa fare lo faccia", non mi pare proprio un comportamento adeguato. Se sto facendo una domanda, è perché ho bisogno di aiuto, non certo perché ho necessità di essere insultata!
