It´s difficult to rate it, but I´ll try to explain better. I start with the bathrooms...they are simply perferct. The bier, I tried two, they are outstanding. The food is pleasant. So far it´d be 5 stars! You will not believe, but the only rate for the only male waiter, would bring it to 1 star. Obnoxious, unfriendly, arrogant and rude...and i stop here to not remember something else, after 2 minutes i was inside, I wanted to go away and only for him. Brewing company Fort has spectacular residence in a beautiful medieval building.. true castle literally.. by the main road west of Merano town. Brewery restaurant inside a large timbered house is spacious enough and the staff is friendly and professional.
