Trattoria Genti Arrubia — Restaurant in Cabras

This place is proof that the ratings on Google are not always accurate. It is most definitely a four-star plus trattoria. I wish you could have seen my pasta with artichokes, the grilled sardines and insalata mista. One of the best meals I've ever had in Italy. Very affordable, too. I love the atmosphere too. Something about it sets it apart from the other places along the restaurant strip. The outdoor seating is shaded with a bamboo lattice work that filters the sunlight and allows a little bit through. We had gone to Tharros. This place was on the way and we decided to stop for a late lunch. The atmosphere is rather plain but clean and neat. We ate outside where we could be outside and sheltered from the wind. The service was good although very limited English. Google translate is your friend. I have developed reasonable menue Italian. The food was great. Far exceeding the look of the place. Very restfull adn since we were extreme shoulder season everything was prepared for us....

We came hungry after not eating lunch, and saw the restaurant we came in saw the menu with lot of food options we can order. We ordered sea food with pasta and botarga on the top. We were only people at restorant and we waited for food maybe 15min. Food is really good and price is same as quality. Service is really kind. If you are somewhere close we deffinitly recommend...
