We had an amazing time at this charming restaurant; not only was the food delicious but the hosts were warm and hospitable. Our family had such a wonderful dinner the first night that we decided to return a second time to experience it all again. This was the best decision as we got to try more of the delectable dishes such as the curried mussels, the fresh fish and variety of pastas. We also had a great time as a family with our waiter Giorgio due to his attentive and entertaining service. Whether you are sitting inside or outside, the ambience is cozy and allows for an intimate evening, next to the sea. Abbiamo cenato in un tavolo interno e ci hanno portato ottimo pane bianco e nero e della focaccia buonissima. Come primi abbiamo scelto un minestrone alla genovese con crostini e tofie di castagne al pesto con patate e fagiolini e come secondi una ombrina alla ligure ed un fritto di calamari gamberi e zucchine. Come desswrt un sorbetto Tutto buono squisito porzioni giuste nè scarse nè abbondanti. Il personale ed in special modo Cinzia accogliente sorridente competejnte professionale (ha portato una ciotola di acqua per il nostro cane) cordiaoe disponibile ed ilservizio è stato attentissimo e veloce mentre i orezzi giusti per la ottima qualità dei piatti.
My wife and I had dinner in this wonderful elegant refined trattoria restaurant located at the beginning of the promenade on the Camogli seafront with several tables inside and also outside on the external terrace overlooking the sea. We had dinner at an internal table and they brought us excellent white and black bread and delicious focaccia. As first courses we chose a Genoese minestrone with croutons and chestnut tofie with pesto with potatoes and green beans and as second courses a Ligurian umbrina and fried calamari, prawns and courgettes. How to describe a sorbet All good, delicious, right portions, neither scanty nor abundant. Read moreJust another touristy restaurant in Camogli. Didn’t anticipate much when we were automatically given a menu in English. Waiter misunderstood our order, food very ordinary. Was served ‘apple pie’ which was an apple flan that tasted awful after one bite as if it had cheese in it but think it was just off (not sure how you can make an apple flan taste awful!) Told the waiter it didn’t taste nice and to take it away and when we got the bill he refused to take it off our bill. Not a great experience and don’t recommend...
