Sometimes it’s good to step outside the touristy center of Caorle to discover a true culinary gem. None of the restaurants we tried in the center compare to the amazing Ristorante Sole. The Spaghetti allo scoglio stole our taste buds, and the Antipasto Sole raised the bar even higher. We truly regret finding this place only at the end of our trip. Don’t waste your time in the central restaurants with cheesy music trying to lure tourists. At Ristorante Sole, the background music is top quality, revealing the owners’ excellent taste — and those with such a refined ear also create true culinary art.

Un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile a Caorle!

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in un ristorantino davvero speciale qui a Caorle, che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati, siamo stati accolti da un'atmosfera calda e familiare. Il personale,  ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio, sempre con un sorriso e pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra curiosità.

Ma veniamo al cibo: la vera star della serata! Abbiamo optato per un mix di crudité e piatti cotti, e posso dire con certezza che la qualità del pesce era semplicemente eccellente. Il crudo era freschissimo, un vero trionfo di sapori del mare, mentre i piatti cotti erano cucinati alla perfezione, esaltando il gusto di ogni ingrediente. Si percepiva chiaramente la passione e la maestria in ogni singola portata.

Un plauso speciale va anche al titolare Riccardo, una persona estremamente simpatica e accogliente, che si è sincerato più volte che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento, scambiando anche due chiacchiere e rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.

E il conto? Qui arriva la sorpresa finale: il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, pesce di altissima qualità, senza sentirci "spennati".

Se siete a Caorle e volete concedervi una serata all'insegna del buon cibo, del buon umore e di un ambiente genuino, questo ristorantino è assolutamente da provare. Non ve...

I've had dinner in this restaurant a few times by now and I can say it was always a delightful experience. The staff is professional, kind, respectful and thoughtful. The pizza is amazing! It's light and its ingredients are of incredible quality. I've also tried the fish dishes a few times and they were also good, while a friend of mine ordered meat and he enjoyed it quite a lot. The place is generally charming, surrounded by nature and attached to the sea. Definitely...
