Hotel The One will probably be the most expensive hotel in Caorle, so one gets the impression that it will be the same with the restaurant. but if you look at the menu, you will find that the prices are only slightly higher, so you go inside and then nothing but pure joy follows. Very professional and nice staff. Really no comments! And the food is top notch. Absolutely satisfied. It's fairly easy for kids to choose, and there's plenty for adults to try. Excellent wine, coffee and desserts to finish. We like to go to Caorle once every few years. Al Postiglione is our tried-and-true delight, but now we've also tried this restaurant and we already have two favourites. Thank you and recommend...

Con un gruppo di amici, un paio di settimane fa abbiamo visitato Caorle e dopo aver visto il paese e cercato online la scelta per la nostra cene è stato il ristorante del The ONE. Abbiamo iniziato la serata con un aperitivo nello sky bar( bellissima la vista di Caorle dal 9° Piano) per spostarci nel ristorante Stelù per una Luculliana cena. Ambiente informale ma raffinato, cucina a vista, un bel menù di pesce e una selezione di carni, nel frigo di frollatura a vista, di tutto rispetto: tomahawk di Angus e di Olandesina, Rubya Gallega, Wagyu ...La nostra è stata una cena a base di pesce, ma non vi nego che la voglia di assaggiare carne è stata veramente tanta. Nei vari antipasti assaggiati una menzione va sicuramente al polpo BBQ grigliato e affumicato: una presentazione scenica, con la bull di affumicatura, ed un sapore da piatto stellato... provatelo! Anche tutti gli altri piatti presi son stati buonissimi ma anche qui i miei preferiti sono stati le linguine all'astice e la catalana di mare, pesce freschissimo! Finito la cena con un bel sorbetto al mojito dello chef.. anche questo ottimo.

Come penso si sia capito il posto ci è piaciuto tantissimo e , se avete la fortuna di trovare posto, non potete passare da Caorle senza andare a provare il ristorante Stelù.

Das Stelu ist für mich das beste Restaurant in Caorle. Schon beim Betreten wird man von einer warmen, einladenden Atmosphäre empfangen, die durch die elegante Einrichtung und die Liebe zum Detail besticht. Jede Ecke des Restaurants strahlt klassische Eleganz aus, die sofort ein Gefühl von besonderem Anlass vermittelt.

Die Qualität der Speisen ist herausragend. Die Zutaten sind stets frisch und mit großer Sorgfalt ausgewählt. Besonders beeindruckend ist das Beef Tartare, das nicht nur hervorragend schmeckt, sondern auch von Hand gehackt wird – ein Zeichen für die hohe Kunstfertigkeit und das Engagement des Küchenteams. Die Fischqualität ist immer erstklassig, und jede Portion ist großzügig bemessen, sodass man rundum zufrieden ist.

Die Mitarbeiter im Stelu sind äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie sorgen dafür, dass jeder Besuch zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wird. Man fühlt sich als Gast wertgeschätzt und bestens umsorgt.

Das Stelu ist kein Ort für einen schnellen Happen zwischendurch. Es ist ein Restaurant, in dem man den Abend in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Wer einen besonderen Abend verbringen möchte, sollte unbedingt hier einkehren.
