Read moreRude service! The women in the Cassa wouldn’t even bring us the money back herself she just left it on the counter and just calling on the phone with friends till someone else got it for her… not greeting the guest nothing. At the end when i asked her why she didn’t do anything to help. she told me they didn’t had enough people and after she screamed at me it wasn’t her job…first of all i think you should always be polite to your guests and not scream and second of all if you have only one waiter you could help him out by greeting the guest at least/ or bring the money back to a table if your job is working with money. The waiter was over worked you could see but did his best… about the food the starter was already cold before it arrived at the table but the main was okay. For the service I really don’t recommend this. I hope they change this...

Good view of the lake from here though. Food wasnt great either but the tiramisu...
