Brianza is an historical land as regards the production of craft beer, and in the industrial area of ​​Carate Brianza the new Gaia brewery is born. It's an old disused and redeveloped shed, very large, illuminated in "vintage lunapark" style, well cared in the details until being warm and welcoming. The production of beers is there, behind the counter so that they can directly transfer the beer on tap. I have tried all the beers and they are all of a high standard, my favorites are the Kolsch, the Amber Ale but above all the queen Stout, the only real reason why I keep coming up to here, the only good Stout that I drank outside Ireland. The location has a very nice atmosphere. The industrial-farm like styling and furniture helps to the overall experience.

The crafted beer was certainly delicious and their speciality. Our group ordered a set of yummy appetizers. Even though there were less than half the napkins and picks for a group of 8 people.

Food was tasty. It can be a bit pricey for some. Service was somewhat slow, but it may depend on the number of tables serving, I guess.

Unfortunately for some reason it was incredibly hot inside. Windows were closed and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We could see a lot of customers using menus as fans to stand the heat. For the summer period, it was not comfortable at all during our stay, ergo...

Conoscevo già le birre avendole provate in vari festival. Questa era la prima volta che provavo il BrewPub e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto. Comincio dal locale in se... Lo stile è industrial, quindi niente di originale, però hanno gestito ottimamente gli spazi e il risultato è un locale che anche se pieno, ti permette di stare comodo, senza avere appiccicato a te qualcuno di un altro tavolo. L'esterno se lo sono giocato molto bene, bellissimo per la sua semplicità il portone a vetrata d'ingresso. Uniche pecche che ho trovato sono le finestre perimetrali in quanto hanno pensato solo a isolare le finestrelle, ma sotto la finestra apribile entrano un sacco di spifferi. Questo è un peccato perché bastava poco per ovviare a questo problema, dato che tutto il resto è stato ristrutturato (compreso il tetto). Altra soluzione abbastanza fastidiosa è il rubinetto del lavamani, troppo piccolo e scomodo, inoltre poco igienico. Per quanto riguarda la Birra come dicevo è ottima, tornerò per provarne altre. I Panini sono molto buoni, buona la carne, la cottura il pane e gli ingredienti... Si vede che ci hanno puntato parecchio. L'insalata col pollo è anch'essa buona, ma il cestino di pane surgelato risulta troppo gnucco, dovrebbero farlo meno spesso, oppure farlo la mattina, in modo da averlo fresco (questo ovviamente se si vuole alzare la qualità).
