I don't think I've ever tasted anything so good in the area.

Francesco, the owner, is always kind and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Despite the fact that the food is typical of the area, and therefore not pre-cooked, I would like to point out that the waiting times are short, which can be a great advantage for many people, especially foreigners on the go.

Una cena squisita dove la qualità delle materie prime e l’eccellente preparazione delle portate sono state sempre protagoniste indiscusse.

Un locale dove traspare tutta la passione per il territorio più autentico ed il rispetto dei principi di Slow Food.

La cortesia in sala è esemplare, sempre professionale e sorridente oltre che competente.

Tutte le portate rappresentano al meglio il territorio senza per questo essere le solite proposte di altri ristoranti frequentati in zona. Ottima ad esempio la pasta pasticciata al forno (10€) così come le crespelle alla borragine (10€), eccellente a due poco l’agnello impanato accompagnato da carciofi fritti (15€). Altrettanto superlativo l’accostamento del gelato di ricotta con la marmellata di pomodori verdi. Per finire non potete perdere il nocino prodotto da loro.

Vini del territorio di Carmignano DOCG, della Toscana in genere e nazionale. Prezzi ottimi per le bottiglie
