Trattoria Ristorante Il Barco Reale — Restaurant in Carmignano

The owner was very kind to this solo traveller. I arrived late in Carmignano and the day before the holiday when everything was and would be closed. They made a seat for me so I wouldn’t starve (thank you!!!)

The food was excellent- I had tortelli di burrata and Tonno del Chianti, which leftovers made an excellent lunch the following day. They did not pack the tomatoes, which is the only bummer because they were little sweet flavour bombs (I know they shouldn’t be refrigerated lol)

Be sure to make a reservation because even in August, this place will be packed.

Se volete mangiare qualcosa di buono e di tipico toscano...bè questo è il posto giusto!!!coccolati e saziati come a casa della nonna! porzioni abbondanti e ottimi piatti.noi abbiamo optato per un menù fisso con antipasti misti,Paccheri con pancetta e pecorino,tortelli di burrata con pachino,arista ai fichi,peposo, verdure saltate e verdure al forno...per i dolci,compresi nel prezzo, ognuno ha scelto il suo... veramente buoni tutti e finalmente un tiramisù degno di questo nome! caffè,vino e acqua 32€ a persona...cosa si può volere di più???!!! complimenti anche alle ragazze di sala,servizio veloce e curato e quella simpatia che non guasta mai!!! Bravi,Ve lo consiglio vivamente e ci torneremo sicuramente...
