Sapurito - Forchette, Pizze e Panini — Restaurant in Carovigno

Ok so I’m quite forgiving most of the time but if something upsets me more than anything it’s the service. The food was good as long as you didn’t stray too far from pizza. Someone in our party always seems to be able to ask for something on the menu and ends up eating after everyone else. Anyway I will start at the beginning with the smallest small beer I’ve ever had a 200ml glass with a line at the 200 marker where the froth of the beer was touching so a further 30-40ml below my drink actually started. This is now why I am writing this review because they starter so badly. Second mistake was asking if we had booked. I’ve never had to book a seaside restaurant in my life. It’s yes we can or no sorry we are too busy (not busy). The worst thing about the whole restaurant was the service we received and the lack of care to get things right. I won’t be booking anytime...

My goodness what a delicious burger we had last night! I’m not sure I’ve ever had a better one (and I live in London, so burgers are very much our go-to fast food!). We went quite late so the place was quiet. The food arrived quickly and the place felt clean. Only two points of criticism: a smile on some of the staff’s face would make the experience more enjoyable and considering the cost of burgers, coming with side chips or fries by default would be a nice touch that aligns them to the standards of some of the best burger restaurants I’ve been to. Abbiamo scelto di cenare da Sapurito per le recensioni positive e non riesco a capire come possa avere un punteggio che supera il 4 dal momento che è stato veramente un disastro. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza, due panini di mare e una tagliata di tonno. Fatta eccezione per la pizza che definirei "mangiabile", tutto il resto una delusione totale. I panini di mare , al prezzo di 14 euro, erano senza sapore, il pane secco e in un panino abbiamo trovato un capello. La tagliata di tonno in realtà era una tataki di scarsa qualità, sembrava di quelle in busta,il tonno senza sapore, servito con una salsa teriyaki salatissima, inoltre da menù il piatto riportava verdure croccanti ed è arrivato il sedano e delle carote con una parte della buccia sporca. Non riesco veramente a comprendere come un locale possa servire dei piatti così!

Fa più comodo pensare che quattro persone in una serata di fine agosto siano uscite con l' unico scopo di fare una recensione negativa al suo locale piuttosto che avere l' umiltà e l' intelligenza di ammettere che le serate negative possono capitare in qualunque locale, fa più comodo offendere un cliente dicendo che preferisco tonno in scatola o che vivo in un universo parallelo piuttosto che mangiare quello che servite per capire che forse, c è sempre da migliorare nella vita e che dei piatti del genere possono andare bene per il turista, ma non per una persona del posto che conosce perfettamente gusti e materie prime.Detto questo, ha ragione lei...sono io che mi aspettavo di trovare panini buoni come quelli che solitamente mangio da Pescaria, o al Mangiameduse o quelli fatti dallo chef Lucio Mele... effettivamente sì...quelli sono di un'...
