Read moreOur stay at Manouche was a last minute reservation as we wanted to visit the famed castle of Caserta.. We arrived on our only rainy day in Italy but what a welcome reprieve we had !! We got there rather hungry but the kitchen was closed but not to worry, they opened up the kitchen for us and the hot mushroom soup warmed us up and restored our mood..
