Locale molto caratteristico come modello americano e frequentato, si trova in pieno centro a Cassino, hanno quasi tutte le specialità di carne affumicata usano il metodo di cottura low & slow e come pesce hanno il famoso lobster roll, panino hot dog ma con polpa d'astice fresco servito con una cremina al burro e prezzemolo, patatine fritte ed insalatina che non è male, anche se i panini con hamburger presi fin'ora non hanno tanto reso l'idea, il servizio in serate di confusione non è all'altezza infatti ad ogni loro passaggio gli ho dovuto ricordare sempre qualcosa che mancava; è presente anche un menù bambini da evitare assolutamente perché il peggior panino del Mc Donald non è mai come è stato questo, è presente solo un dischetto di hamburger molto secco ma pagato per uno buono, i bambini vengono attratti da quel panino caramella che è presente nello stesso menù. Buona la scelta delle birre, ce ne sono presenti artigianali alla spina che in bottiglia.
