Worst customer experience ever. Went with my family for lunch and thought we were going to have a good lunch. The service outside was nice with staff greeting you and assisting with ordering drinks.

But when we tired to go get seating in the outdoor area, that’s where it all went downhill from that point on. One of the indoor bar staff warming help guide me to the outdoor bar area. But once I went in, I was greeted coldly and told to come back at 1pm (I arrived at 12:25pm). Will waiting less than five feet away, I watched them welcome another couple in and seated them right away. Bewildered and not thinking about it, I also walked into the area. I got a strange look and we were seated in the far corner. I watched as they took brought the first couple bread and asked them about water while we patiently waited. After another party entered and they were warmly greeted, I called for the waiter and asked if we could get some bread and a bottle of water.

I could just feel the vibe wasn’t okay and it was coming from multiple wait staff, but I was with my kids and they were hungry. When it was time to order, we asked about getting a pizza but was rudely told, NO PIZZA, even though their was a huge sign that they were a pizzeria.

The last straw was went I was looking over the menu and asked the waiter to give me a second and he give me this annoyed look. I told my kids to get their kids and let’s leave. I informed them that their experience is more important that any food in life and post Covid when most restaurants have shuttered, restaurants need to remind their staff how valuable customer and their funds are to an establishment.

Il 14 agosto 2024 abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una giornata di relax presso questo lido. Mai mi sarei immaginato, dopo tanti viaggi in giro per il mondo, di vivere un’esperienza così assurda e irrispettosa nei confronti di un cliente.

Verso le 18.10, al ritorno dalla spiaggia, stavamo usando le fontane disponibili per sciacquarci dalla sabbia. Una di queste permetteva un'ampia rotazione, quindi ho pensato di usarla per sciacquare anche altre parti del corpo, non essendoci alcun avviso che lo vietasse.

Dopo pochi minuti, sono stato affrontato in modo brusco e scortese da una donna che, con toni rudi e senza la minima cortesia, mi ha accusato di girare la fontana in modo improprio, affermando che non fossero destinate all'uso come docce. Sorprendentemente, nonostante abbia tentato di spiegare che la fontana fosse già in quelle condizioni, sono stato bersagliato da insulti volgari e continui attacchi verbali. Il suo comportamento sembrava riflettere un forte disagio personale, sfogato ingiustamente su di me.

Nonostante il mio solito approccio pacato, mi sono visto costretto a rispondere a tono, criticando la mancanza di capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti e di autocontrollo. La situazione è peggiorata quando due individui dall'aspetto minaccioso si sono avvicinati, cercando di intimidirmi e ordinandomi di andarmene, senza nemmeno conoscere i dettagli dell'accaduto. Tuttavia, ho mantenuto la mia posizione e ho ribadito che avevo tutto il diritto di rimanere lì, soprattutto considerando la scadenza delle concessioni balneari. Ho anche chiarito che, se avessero continuato con questi comportamenti, avrei preso provvedimenti legali.

I responsabili del lido, realizzando la gravità della situazione, si sono allontanati lentamente, forse per evitare ulteriori complicazioni.

Il mio consiglio a chiunque pensi di utilizzare i servizi di questo lido è di evitare questo posto. I clienti vengono trattati con arroganza e sufficienza, e manca completamente una cultura del servizio. Sospetto che la reazione così ostile sia stata causata dal fatto che non stessimo utilizzando le docce a pagamento, che avremmo comunque usato in seguito. L'unico obiettivo di questi stabilimenti sembra essere quello di monetizzare il più possibile, a discapito di un servizio di qualità.

Inoltre, la spiaggia era mal tenuta e piena di rifiuti. Consiglio vivamente di evitare sia il lido che il ristorante, dove la mancanza di igiene è evidente, così come l'assenza di rispetto e attenzione...

We found this place while walking on the sea side. We decided to eat something at this restaurant, but found terrible customer service. No one was welcoming us, in a good way.. after sitting at the table, we had to wait 45 minutes to be able to order. The waiter was quite speedy, with not an excellent attitude. We didn't receive any napkins and cutlery. Talking about the food side, we ordered a plate of spaghetti with sea food (not salty enough and overcooked pasta), a good second course with fried mixed fish and a watery/bitter white wine.
