My partner and I had a wonderful dining experience the night of March 12, our bartender made us feel welcomed and special from the moment we came in the door. We were seated and met with even more kindness by our server who translated the entire menu for us. The bartender (I apologize I forget his name) specially made cocktails after spending time to get to know us and our drink preferences. The drinks were amazing, well balanced and thoughtful. We enjoyed the best homemade food we’ve encountered on our 2 week trip throughout this region. I cannot say enough about the lamb dish, best lamb I’ve ever had. The chicken ragu pasta dish was incredibly balanced, delicate, and equivocal to a warm hug. We don’t particularly like tiramisu but it was fantastic. I probably won’t enjoy a tiramisu again after that. The lovely bartender served us sweet wine after dinner and it was perfect.

Coming from Australia we stumbled across this Restaurant. We only planned to come once, but we’re so impressed with the quality and service that we had to come back the next night too. Daniella is a talented and generous chef.. she came and spoke with us after our meal. And we must make mention of the lovely Christi at the bar. She is just delightful. Arrivato per caso e subito mi ha affascinato.ero in quel di Potenza per un evento a cui partecipava mia figlia e cercando di arrivare sulla basentana mi sono scontrato con questo hotel ristorante. Con mia moglie ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo e il titolare anche se era ancora chiuso ci ha accolti con una gentilezza unica. Avevo del tempo e ci ha gratificato facendoci visitare la struttura. Ragazzi elencare il tutto è difficile e quindi lascio a voi la sorpresa di questa meraviglia studiata in tutte le piccolezze per fare passare un soggiorno nel segno delle coccole e soprattutto della classe. Con mia moglie ci siamo guardati e abbiamo preso due ore tutte per noi e siamo stati ospitati per il pranzo. Anche qui non vi racconterò nulla e lascio a voi la possibilità di scoprire le chicche dello chef (e che chef) e soprattutto la cordialità e l'abbraccio dei collaboratori. Passo a Luigi(titolare) uomo empatico e di una semplicità squisita presente e non invadente che in questo periodo è riuscito a creare questa poesia che sarà nuovamente una meta a breve per me e mia moglie. Potrei dire e scrivere tanto ma non sarebbe giusto per tutti voi avere la possibilità di scoprire il tutto. Dimenticavo una cosa molto importante che sarebbe la grande pulizia della struttura.
