Don’t visit the bar!!!!! The Restaurant was nice and the food was good BUT the staff down at the bar, close to the beach are horrible. My boyfriend and I thought it would be nice to enjoy the sunset and have some drinks. The girls were so incredibly rude to us and ignored us the entire night. When my boyfriend tried to order more drinks, they started laughing about his Italian- which is absolutely not okay because the women’s can’t speak any other language- no English, French, German… we were super disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this bar to anyone!!!! And I wish for this two girls to be more nicer to their costumers- one of the girls even almost threw our cash back.. I never experienced this behavior before my entire life… I mean common… even if they can’t speak fluent Italian, try help them instead of bullying them.
In addition, if your costumer orders a drink you don’t know, then google it! We ordered for me a Hugo, which is also known in northern Italy. The recipe is simple but the girls were just to...
Read moreThe staff was not interested in serving me and my friend. My Airbnb host recommended easy breakfast and lunch here. My friend and I arrived at 11am on Ferragosto fully expecting them to be closed (due to the holiday). There were employees there and they said the restaurant was closed but the small bar for coffee was open. So we sat down and ordered some coffees. I only spoke in Italian with them (though my friend does not speak Italian). About 1 hour later we saw that they were putting down the chairs to open the restaurant for lunch, and they were starting to seat people. About 1/3 of the restaurant was filled when I walked over and (in Italian) asked if we could eat lunch (have a table). The woman just looked at me and said "No". That was it. They didn't offer to let us keep sitting at the table we were already at for the last hour. No explanation why they didn't want to serve us. Just dismissed us. Only benefit was the convenient/close location...
Read moreSeadas (typical Sardinian dessert) were great! I recommend the one with honey! The rana pescatrice, tuna steak and seafood salad were good although we found them a bit pricey for what you get! The grilled fish was a hit and miss because the gamberoni didn't seem too fresh, so we didn't risk it! But the rest was delicious! We paie overall 15€ for bread and service, which is fair as was indicated on the menu, but again not great value for money! The staff was friendly, and courteous! I think overall the atmosphere is enjoyable as you can watch the sun setting in the water, and there are many locals there enjoying aperitivo, which overall was probably best suited for...
