Sadly, we did not enjoy our meal here. I appreciated the honesty of the waiter when I asked him about the pasta we had. But, I feel that the customer should be told that certain pasta had 'run out' before ordering, because, what was on the menu was not what we received. Both of us ordered filled fresh pasta, but what we received was pasta busciata with sauce. I can see from other complaints that the owner will say that we ate it and did not say until afterwards. This is because you start to doubt yourself as remembering what you ordered, until you can look at the menu again! The busiata pasta is not what we ordered and was not fresh pasta (despite what they say, I do know the difference!) The wine is not homemade, or comparable with Etna DOC, it is a Nero D'Avola. The location at the square is great for people watching, in the evening there was nobody around though. We sat outside in early May and as time passed it got chilly, consider their indoor seating. Highly recommended dishes include the first pasta dish on the menu (pistachio, sausage) as well as the first secondi (veal fillet with Marsala wine). Tiramisu was delicious! Dessert wine passito is out of this world. For wine drinkers: their cellar is second to none. Many of the wines are of exclusive Sicilian collections where only eg 3000 bottles are produced per year.
