McDonald’s Catania Aeroporto — Restaurant in Catania

It would be basically not a bad place. A lot of electronic ordering systems which give the image of a proper place. But in reality, the longest waiting time ever in a McDonalds. The staff there has zero customer focus. They do it their way. My goal was to get two Cappuccinos. After a successful ordering process at the machine, i waited for 8 minutes at the counter which had shown my ticket number on a display, eventually someone came from the kitchen and told me that i am at the wrong counter. They sent me then to another counter, without any ticket number. After they found out that i want Cappuccino, not a regular coffee, they had asked an expert from the kitchen to make my complicated order. So another 5 minutes where gone. Total time, 15 minutes. Very unfriendly staff. We were in front of the counter waiting for our order and we couldn't understand when the order number was shouted in Italian (we're in an airport, there's lots of foreigners though). The guy from the counter got very angry and we could tell he's been insulting us in italian. Then the guy who was mopping the floor got angry too and we had to repeat a couple of times we don't speak Italian. Anyways, the guy who was just mopping the floor then proceeded to take care of our order with the same disposable gloves. Absolutely awful! You can oder everything from one thing but have to collect your order from specific areas. So i was waiting at the collection counter forever and when it got a bit old i tried to ask one of the workers about it but she just told me to "just wait" after about 30 minutes of waiting i spoke to the manager and he was like "go and collect at the coffee bar" and then when i did the coffee bar lady was like "i was looking for you, i had this ages ago" so then i felt awful for making her do it again.
