Trattoria bitteri — Restaurant in Catania

Questa é stata la mia seconda visita a questo ristorante. La prima é avvenuta un anno fa', quando sono venuto con una tavolata di colleghi. Per riassumere quell'esperienza, servizio davvero disastroso: antipasti che arrivano dopo i primi piatti, secondi piatti che arrivano immediatamente dopo il primo e rimangono a freddarsi sul tavolo; il sapore del mio spaghetto al nero di seppia non gradevole affatto.

Torno quest'anno, spinto da altri colleghi, e decido di dargli una seconda possibilità. Davvero un esperienza da dimenticare. Il servizio ancora una volta insufficiente e incompetente: ci siamo seduti ai tavoli esterni, sporchi, appiccicosi e con numerose formiche che passeggiano sugli stessi. Fin qui, posso accettarlo, sono tavoli all'aperto, una pulita e si risolve tutto. Peccato che siamo stati noi a dover richiedere che i tavoli venissero puliti, il cameriere aveva invece pensato che mettendoci una tovaglia di carta sopra si risolvesse qualsiasi problema. Dopo questo, decidiamo cosa ordinare e dobbiamo andare a caccia del cameriere che, rientrato nel locale, si é dimenticato di noi. Personalmente ordino "calamari fritti" come antipasto che, se volessi essere magnanimo, raggiungevano forse la sufficienza: un po' gommosetti e unti. Come primo piatto ordino qualcosa che ho pensato nessuno potrebbe mai sbagliare: "spaghetti alle vongole". Mi sbagliavo di grosso. Il piatto aveva un gusto.. sbagliato, che non doveva esserci. Mi ricordava il gusto del latte. Vongole brutte, alcune appiccicate alla conchiglia, altre con parti scure, marrone scuro, non é normale. Ho finito per lasciare l'intero piatto, cosi come una mia collega che aveva preso lo stesso.

Il conto é molto basso rispetto alla media, ma se risparmiare 10€ significa mangiare cibo di qualità scadente, con un servizio che dire lasci a desiderare é un complimento, allora no grazie. Non darò una terza possibilità personalmente, per...

This place is a joke. We had to wait for our food for an hour and they still forgot one of our dishes. After being assured that this time it will be quicker it took them one hour more...to prepare a pasta ala Norma. The waiters were shockingly inadequate and as the table next to us stayed uncleaned for 80 minutes after the clients left. And the table looked disgusting with all food leftovers just lying everywhere. Although having 3 or 4 waiters and 6 tables at that moment they didn't care about. The staff beat me up. I was on my way to the bathroom, they told me it's only for guests, I told them "yes we have a table here" and I continued going to the bathroom, then they forced my bathroom door open and pulled me out, and 3 people (all employees of the restaurant) started beating me up.
