Delicious food and big portions but very disappointing service! Our night was almost ruined by the fact that we had to wait 20-30 min for someone to take our order and every time we would kindly ask someone if we can order they would rudely respond that we cannot order to them and keep going around the table without alerting the person we’re supposed to order to. The cherry on top was when one of the waiters, called Domenico, we asked to order to rudely said we cannot order to him while explaining in a very disrespectful way that that’s not his zone, waiving his hand at us and ending with a laud and rude “CAPISCI”… after which we were left to wait again. Later when we were actually served, our waitress proceeded by being kind which is why I am giving four stars and not less. But this only happened after we clearly complained of the situation and requested the rude...

Pizza diavola was delicious and very good value for money at €9. The welcome soup was a nice little touch which probably costs them very little but was a lovely appetiser to keep you occupied whilst waiting for the meal. Initially didn't want to give me tap water (only bottles the waiter said), but they did bring me a glass of tap water after I didn't order a drink so all good in the end. Atmosphere was really nice and it's a busy, bustling place. The only negative (as a sole diner) was the €3.50 cover charge, but that's the punishment you take for travelling alone I guess - if I had been at a table of 4 it would have been the same cost but that's the way it is in Italy so not really a reflection on the...

My wife and I had dinner here and we were both exceptionally pleased. She had the penne pasta sorrentina and I had the large mixture of fried fish…which were both fantastic. We were in just at the start of peak time and were seated close to the kitchen. I have to say, I have never in all my days seen a restaurant staff work as hard as they did. I understand why, because the place was slammed, but my rough count of 8 people were serving a gob of tables and were doing it at just short of a dead run. It was incredible.
