Edit - We tried multiple times to get attention from servers and after 30 mins chose to take our business elsewhere. We did not 'run away', we were very hungry and fed up with being ignored. The manager needs to accept the poor service and experience were shown, and not blame the customer for downfalls on the part of the restuarant. We've not left this view as 'revenge', just an honest account of our experience.
The worst experience of our holiday!
We found most places friendly and approachable - just not here! We understand not everyone speaks good English but we are happy to translate menus ourselves and order as best we can. We travel a lot and always happy to try speak some of the language and communicate politely with others.
It was busy but we took this as a good sign of good food and happy to wait sometime.
We arrived at around 20:50, asked for a table, and were seated quickly. The lady pointed to the QR code on the table for the menu and we sat down.
We looked through the menu and translated for ourselves, picking out the things we wanted. Several other tables were being seated around us. A couple next to us were French but spoke some English, so they had a member of staff come out who spoke English to help with taking the order.
After 15 minutes of being seated we were still waiting for an order to be taken. The couple next to us then got their meal. Other people that were seated after us started to get served and orders taken. At 21:10 I tried to ask the server that sat us down to order but was ignored. Two girls seated after us got served. A further 5 minutes and I asked again. She just said '1 second'. The couple next to us had finished their meal by now. A man and younger girl left as they also hadn't been served. Two women with two children got served that had just sat down.
By now it was 21:20. The lady doing most of the order taking looked as if she was coming towards us, but then again served a table that had just sat down. We were hungry and had just wasted 30 minutes being completely ignored so left.

Every single member of the staff was so genuinely friendly, extremely polite, service minded, patient, fun, chatty, knew the menu into each and every detail, treated the restaurant, guests and other staff so well that it was genuinely hard to figure out who the owner was! It was just that high of a quality!
The pizza was beyond 5-stars and really set a new standard for us! It’s good in one way, BUT.. it’s going to make it hard for us to go to other pizzerias now and I’m serious about that!
The young lady that served us, Margarita, was an absolute five star GEM! 👸🏻🏆💎❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She gave us all the time in the world to explain the different type of doughs the pizzas have, the different salads they have etc etc etc.

Read moreArriviamo prima dell’ora di cena (ore 19 circa)con 2 bimbi,una di 3 mesi,nella carrozzina che dorme tranquilla. Chiediamo se possiamo mangiare. Il cameriere ci accoglie sereno dicendoci “A quest’ora ci sono molti tavoli liberi,ve ne preparo uno,basta che lo liberate per le 21” No problem. Dopo due minuti torna dicendoci che avremmo dovuto lasciare la carrozzina in un angolo. Gli spiego che,per ovvi motivi,non posso mangiare con mia figlia di 3 mesi lontana. Si allontana di nuovo. Quando torna mi dice in malo modo “Mi hanno detto che non potete cenare perché non c’è spazio” Chiedo cosa è cambiato rispetto a 2 minuti prima,mi dice che ha chiesto ai suoi capi e gli hanno detto che il passeggino occuperebbe troppo spazio. Nessuna alternativa,ci saremmo seduti ovunque,ma loro avevano già deciso che per la carrozzina non c’era spazio,nonostante i molti tavoli vuoti. Questa cosa è di un’inospitalità indegna per un esercizio pubblico. Se sei un ristoratore e non sei capace di accogliere nel tuo locale una famiglia,dovresti cambiare mestiere. Perfino altri clienti che hanno ascoltato la conversazione e che mi hanno raggiunto per consigliarmi alcune alternative su dove mangiare sono rimasti senza parole. Un episodio vergognoso che qualifica inesorabilmente i gestori di questo posto.
EDIT dopo la risposta della proprietaria. La signora,invece di chiedere scusa,ammettere che c’è stato un problema e fare autocritica,ha deciso di minacciare.Questo conferma una volta in più quanto scritto sopra. Non c’era nessun altro passeggino,solo una carrozzina,locale semivuoto e,come riferito dai camerieri si sarebbe riempito palle 21 (erano le 19:20). La signora non la conosco perché né lei né suo marito hanno avuto la decenza di venire a spiegarmi,ha mandato un ragazzino che mi ha liquidato in malo modo e in 5 secondi. Le faccio le mie sincere congratulazioni per la sua gravidanza e le auguro di non essere trattata in questo modo quando va a cena fuori con la sua famiglia e di non dover rispondere mai alla domanda del suo bambino “papà,perché ci hanno mandato via in questo modo?” Mi risparmi la paternale sui figli,perché non è certo un esempio a seguire.
