La location è incantevole. La pasta invece non ho avuto modo di apprezzarla. La mia impressione è che fosse stata cotta il giorno precedente. Immagino che a causa della grande affluenza di persone sia complesso avere piatti sempre freschi, tuttavia non mi era mai capitato di mangiare un piatto con pasta che sembrava riscaldata. Mi è spiaciuto molto, riponevo molte aspettative nel ristorante e nel piatto scelto. Non ho segnalato nulla ai camerieri, poiché il servizio è stato quasi assente: per prenotare abbiamo dovuto attendere molto prima di catturare l’attenzione di un cameriere. L’ordine è stato preso in modo errato e così ci siamo accontentati di mangiare un solo piatto di pasta. Non è stato possibile intercettare un cameriere per segnalare le problematiche. Erano tutti molto indaffarati, non ho avuto l’impressione che lo facessero apposta. Confido che sia il servizio sia le proposte del menù di primi piatti verranno migliorati. Wir waren kurz nach 15 Uhr da und wollten etwas essen. Der Chef sagte klar, dass nach 15 Uhr nichts mehr serviert wird. Also bestellten wir nur Getränke. In den nächsten 30 Minuten beobachteten wir jedoch mehrfach, wie andere Gäste – offenbar Einheimische – sehr wohl noch Essen bekamen. Das wirkt nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern auch wie zweierlei Maß.

Auf unsere Kritik kam dann eine patzige, arrogante Antwort voller Machogehabe und völliger Uneinsicht – statt einfach einzuräumen, dass man vielleicht auch hätte sagen können, dass es zumindest noch Toasts gibt. Diese Info kam weder vom Chef noch vom sonstigen Personal. Erst durch andere Gäste erfuhren wir davon – und bestellten dann doch noch einen Schinken-Käse-Toast (7€!).

Der war übrigens unterirdisch: viel zu viel Schinken, ungeschmolzener Käse, einfallslos und lieblos zubereitet – ehrlich gesagt der schlechteste Toast, den wir je gegessen haben.

Wenn man dann als Gast noch die Schuld für die eigene Unprofessionalität in die Schuhe geschoben bekommt, bleibt am Ende nur ein schaler...
