Worst experience ever. Very interesting staff. I can tell the owners are tyrants. Waiters and waitresses alike not only are intimidated but als micro-managed. First they seated us at a dirty table and we had to ask twice to clean and to change the covers. Then we started with sparkling water and becuase we asked if it was filtered tap water or natural from the source, the waiter was not ablento answer and asked me to follow him indoors to meet his boss, an elderly woman, who said that's the first time she gets such a question in 35 years. So I go, of course, it's only been becoming very popular since a year. She goes: please, don't drink that water. It's better not to. I let go of it and go back to my table, where my son pours me in a glass of water. Suddenly, the owner along with 3 staff members gather around are table to continue the dispute about the sparkling water, heavily insisting that we'd better not drink that water. We are very surprised about this strange behavior. We tell them that we are fine with the water. Then, later a waitress wants to take iur order. We want to go for pizza. She says: sorry, we ran out of pizza dough, which is quite ok for a Sunday night. Both me and my son are very astonished by the answer and start smiling about that statement, deciding to stand up and to leave the venue. I pay € 2.50 for the water and we leave. Then from behind a loud voice yelling at us: hey, hey, the mineral water, you have ro pay the mineral water. OMG, this was insane and those people are psychos. Don't...

We came for lunch around 2pm. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food (we were the only guests the whole time). The staff (6persons) was hanging around and listening to loud music instead of serving a guest.

In the meantime we got served some bread, which was sadly very old and dry so we couldn't eat it. The Salad was super simple and more or less just lettuce with a small amount of carrots and tomatoes. Nothing special and more like a disaster for a restaurant. The main course "penne al arrabiata" was decent but for Italy a shame! Prices are reasonable... But don't expect a card or list with the drinks they offer, because it doesn't exist!

Lasciate perdere questo posto ci sono andato con un paio di amici (7), avevamo chiesto prima di prenotare da mangiare se potevamo pagare separatamente, e ci hanno detto di sì, io ed un mio amico abbiamo chiesto un angus (dal prezzo di 23€ l’1) manco 100g e di scarsa qualità, ovviamente abbiamo chiesto il pane ed è arrivato 30minuti dopo la fine della carne, nel frattempo 2 nostri amici avevano ordinato la pasta all’amatriciana 200g l’1 su piatto piano(14€ l’1), e gli altri 3 l’hamburger , tralasciando che si sono dimenticati gli hamburger ed hanno fatto una faccia stupita come se ci fossero arrivati, in quel momento decido di prendere anche io un’amatriciana, e mi dice che non è possibile alle 13 del pomeriggio, poco dopo dice che si può fare, e all’arrivo della pasta, mi arriva su un piatto a cappello del prete per le tartare, ed io sconvolto dalla quantità, tanto ché tirandola sù tutta con una forchettata sono 50g o poco più, ho chiamato la cameriera e mi ride in faccia poi arriva l’altro cameriere che dice chiamo la cuoca portando via il mio piatto, mi accorgo quando la cuoca mi riporta il piatto che non erano più 50g ma erano 200g su un piatto piano ed esclama “è il sotto che è fondo che ti frega” e la cuoca pensa che sono stupido che prima si tira su con una forchettata e dopo con 4 forchettate. Alterato decidiamo di sbrigarci e di andare a pagare, si era creata pochissima fila ed arriva il capo con i capelli grigi che urla ed esclama “mica stiamo al Mc che ognuno paga il suo”, alla fine dopo essermi arrabbiato (già tanto che non vi denuncio) obbligato a pagare io il conto di tutti, che manco alla romana se poteva fa, io dico solo vergogna che non posso entrare troppo nel dettaglio, ma quel giorno erano tutti agitati...
