New contemporary style restaurant. Spacious tables, a note on the misen place .. the stopper of wine bottles as a cutlery holder to avoid. Good service, waiting times for the right courses, there were no long waits, the waiters always attentive to the table, they had an oversight in not noticing the water ran out. Quite refined menu with excellent raw materials. Excellent appetizers, I recommend the creamed cod and tuna tataki. Good first courses, perfectly cooked both spaghetti and risotto. We were a little disappointed with the roast and the frying, above average level, but I expected more given the previous courses. Discreated wine list, set on bubbles. Tutto perfetto, ma..

Siamo stati la sera di San Valentino. Location 10, mise en place bellissima, e come si dice, chi ben comincia...

Il menu di San Valentino comprendeva :

4 antipasti, ostrica, capasanta, salmone, polpo, che posso descrivere con una sola parola: PERFETTI! (Se devo trovare un difetto, sul salmone, che era ottimo, forse ci stava troppa crema cavolfiore e ricotta, ne avrei gradito un po’ meno)

Scialatielli di rapa rossa al pesce spada, che purtroppo, mi dispiace, non sono riuscito a comprendere.. sarà che la rapa rossa è dolce, forse era per pochi palati, ma rispetto agli antipasti era di un altro livello

Filetto di branzino tecnicamente PERFETTO, zero dubbi e tanti applausi 👏🏻!

Servizio buono, la ragazza (più giovane) che ci ha servito la maggior parte delle portate carinissima, un po’ emozionata ma sempre col sorriso in faccia, di buona compagnia quindi! Un po’ più freddi gli altri camerieri “un po’ più adulti” diciamo ( avrei preferito che il Pinot mi fosse stato aperto al tavolo, in altre occasioni e con un altro umore ve l’avrei rimandato indietro, però era buono e ho preferito non creare inutile confusione, così come dopo il primo avrei preferito un cambio posate visto che le avevo lasciate sul piatto, invece mi sono state spostate sul tavolo (la ragazza più giovane, invece, precedentemente, dopo il salmone, me le ha gentilmente cambiate come volevo senza che le dicessi nulla), per il resto bene)

Il conto a primo impatto può sembrare leggermente alto, ma per la qualità del cibo e il menù è fin troppo onesto!

Forse sì, sono molto puntiglioso, ma siamo stati bene! Torneremo sicuramente per mangiare alla...

Very good Restaurant. Nice location, great atmosphere, excellent food. Portions are a bit small, in line with its concept of a fine bistrot. Service was good, nor particularly friendly but polite and effective. Owner know how to treat customers. They have a small dedicated vegan/vegetarian menu which I wish could be wider. A small note about toilet. Men toilet door couldn't work properly sticking on the floor. Women toilet had the toilet paper located too far from the WC seat. Wonder how people are supposed to use it... (^^) Overall a great experience...
