Good spot for local fare - the traditional all-in-one dish is really yummy, as is the octopus appetiser (the veggie pasta and the soup are okay). Nice choice of wines and friendly service/ staff make for a nice dining experience. The hotel is quite cute, perfect for an aperitivo with view of the mountains all around.

The restaurant was looking promising. The staff was very nice and lovely and the dishes was looking amazing but… the taste of the food for our opinion was very childish. We were very disappointed because it’s look amazing but it’s felt like they only thought of the look of the dish and forgot about the taste.. 😞

Wir waren 4 Tage im X Alp Hotel und hatten die dazugehörige Halbpension im 4 U Bistrot. Jeder der 4 Gänge am Abend war sehr hochwertig und absolut lecker. Es gab jeden Tag eine tolle neue Auswahl und reichlich Alternativen. Unsere Favoriten waren die rote Beete Ravioli mit Burrata-Schaum und das sehr zarte Kalbsfleisch auf Karottenpüree mit Gemüse. Wir haben uns mit dem herzlichem Service von Roberto und seinem Team sehr wohl gefühlt! Zum Abschied gab es sogar noch ein paar süße Extras vom Team. Besonders dankbar waren wir auch über die glutenfreien Alternativen, auf die besonders geachtet wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
