The absolute shittiest and worst place I’ve ever experienced. I asked to have a salad, and wanted to exchange the Parmesan to feta cheese as I can’t eat Parmesan. Then I wanted to add walnuts. The salad from the start was 9 euros and they even charged me for the exchange of cheese even though feta is cheaper. Oh well. Maybe it’s a big salad! No. It was ruccola, some strawberries, radish, a few walnuts and 6 minimal pieces of cheese. I asked them how is it possible that these greens with barely no cheese can be 11 euros, and wanted more. She got super mad and refused me any more cheese. I said ok well then I want my money back. And they all refused and threatened to call the police?? I was SHOCKED! I said please call the cops, then suddenly they didn’t want to. The older lady came out and said to me “Learn Italian!” Obviously all of them hated tourists and didn’t like me speaking English. When I filmed the place the rude younger woman who screamed at me and didn’t let me talk, she turned around to not show her face. I left. Without touching my salad.

And I also want to mention that you have to pay UPON ORDER. Not like every other restaurant where you pay when finished. And this is obviously because they trick customers and just want the money!

Stopped by here to grab some dinner to-go while we were in town on a motorcycle trip. After looking at their website and menu it looked like a good place to get a quick meal on our way back to the hotel after walking around town. What we received was most definitely not what we expected. Ordered 2 side salads, spaghetti, and lasagna. Got back to the hotel and sat down to eat and found out that we were essentially given "frozen dinners". The salad was simple, fresh, no issues with that, but the spaghetti and lasagna were still packaged in the cardboard packaging wrapped in foil and we had to peel the lid off, and were met with some very unappetizing "italian food" that we each took 2 or 3 bites of before throwing away. I guess I was wrong to expect that in Italy I would receive an Italian dish made fresh with quality ingredients.

It was a horrible experience. Never ever experienced such a poor service. The staff made us feel uncomfortable as soon as we sat down. The first waitress was not only rude but incompetent too and the owner was unbelievably despicable. The food wasn't bad but definitely not worth a visit given the poor service....
